Ralph "Mr. No Maintenance" began his career over 20 years ago and has delved into various facets of the Property Management, Maintenance and Renovation sectors. Ralph now provides strategic guidance by consulting to property owners, contracted property management companies and developers.
Ralph's other areas of expertise include Critical Load Environments with Dual Cord Redundant Power. One of his current projects involves the facility management of an Internet Hosting Data Centre for one of Canada's major telecommunication companies.
In concert with his commercial clients, Ralph provides information to residential home owners and consumers through online media and in 2005, included the development and launch of The Griffendorf Group and later BELFAIR GROUP media.
Through websites, online discussion boards and articles, Ralph's primary motivation and focus is to offer information, techniques, concepts and ideas to property owners in the area of low maintenance property management programs. His goal is to provide simple solutions that not only add value but also any home owner can implement without requiring large sums of money or time. "People need to think about value for their money and Quality of Life, again" he said.
Ralph, an avid alpine skier and mountain biker, lives in Toronto with wife Helen. They have two sons, Scott and Gareth.
